Can all the directors be foreign in a Singapore foreign branch?

Can all the directors of a foreign branch be foreign? Is local Director required for the branch ?

Yes, all the directors can be foreigners in a foreign branch in Singapore. However, you would require a local agent.

This agent must be a resident of Singapore (Singapore citizen, a permanent resident, an EP holder). This agent must be of at least 18 years of age.

He, however, would not be given directorial rights.
