Company Incorporation

Does Singapore have a minimum authorized capital for incorporating a company?

Singapore has no minimum authorized capital for incorporating a company. You can incorporate a company with paid-up capital S$1.

But the foreigners who are looking to relocate to Singapore using and EntrePass, they must invest S$50,000 as minimum paid-up capital.

Also, those companies which wish to bring employees on an Employment pass, are better off having a reasonable capital in their company as this is one of the criteria for EP approval.
