If you are covered by the employment act you are entitled to annual leave as per the company policy. In most of cases, you have to be employed for a minimum of three months before you are eligible for paid leave.
As per the Ministry of Manpower, Your annual leave entitlement depends on the years of your service. Your year of service begins from the day you start work with your employer.
