Would Dependant’s Pass holders with the Letter of Consent have to contribute to any social security or skill development fund, etc?

If you are a dependant pass holder with a valid letter of consent, you would not have to make any social security or skill development fund.

The social security contribution to the Central Provident Fund (CPF) is only applicable to Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents. The employer, however, has to contribute a Skills Development Fund for you. The SDF contribution is paid by the employer for all the employees to the first $4500 of gross monthly remuneration. This is paid at the rate of 0.25% or $2, whatever is deemed higher.
