A written employment contract of service with terms and conditions are agreed upon and signed, this defines the employer-employee relationship.
No changes can be made to the contract without the employee’s consent. If any change is made to it without the knowledge of the employee it is considered a breach.
If any changes are to be made, then a new contract with updated terms and conditions should be made and signed.
