Does a Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) holder need to get approval from MOM when switching jobs?

No, the Personalised Employment pass holder does not need approval from the Ministry of Manpower when he switches a job.
That being said he has a responsibility to notify and Update about his current job status within seven days of the new employment. This needs to be done by emailing a notification form to MOM.
