What happens if I secure PEP (Personalized Employment Pass) for three years?

If you have secured your PEP (Personalized Employment Pass) for three years, you get two options:

• You can apply for SPR (Singapore Permanent Residency) after a year of employment
• Or, you can apply for EP (Employment Pass) at the end of the PEP expiry.

However please note, getting a Singapore Permanent Residency in 3 years time is generally very difficult nowadays.
