Will, I by default get an Entrepreneur Pass (EntrePass) if I start a company in Singapore?

No, You will have to apply for it separately.

Entrepreneur pass, as the name suggests, is specifically for entrepreneurs to start and operate a new business in Singapore. A candidate would be eligible for this pass only after his company is registered as a Private Ltd Company with ACRA – Singapore’s national regulator of business. A candidate's company must not be registered for more than six months at the point of application.

Additionally, there are requirements to have a venture funding or incubate arrangement to get entrepass visa.

Businesses that are involved in the development of innovative technology, or in inventing new creations, stand a better chance of getting their EntrePass application accepted.

The EntrePass application will be assessed by three government bodies – SPRING Singapore, Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and the National Research Foundation (NRF).
